The Indian cook uses the toilet without washing his hands and goes back directly back to the kitchen. It happened in front of my own eyes. The place is a disaster. Hygiene is not a joke! The best restaurant in Benghazi, two restaurants in one, a cafe/brunch spot called Rooftop and an indian restaurant called Zafaran. The service is fantastic, the food is picturesque and delicious and the atmosphere and seating are comfortable and relatively private. An easy recommendation.
